Power of Intention

In June of 2021 @tripp.robbins and I went to a @drjoedispenza week long retreat.

After almost 2 days of experiencing nothing in my meditations I went in to the last one of the day with a KNOWING that once I closed my eyes I was already connected to the Quantum Field.

Upon doing that and following Dr. Joe’s guidance,

I opened my heart and put focus on what my soul was seeking during that retreat: a mystical experience.

So I felt in my heart the awe I knew I would feel when I experienced said mystical event and that when the mystical event took place.

I experienced an implosion within my heart space and the energy that sprang forth was unlike anything I had ever experienced before and I started to weep from the massive amounts of love I felt literally move from my heart and out of every cell of my body.

The following day we had a waking meditation on the beach and I could feel my future self pulling me towards her; it was so incredibly powerful.

At the end I followed the audio’s guidance of Dr. Joe’s voice and I lied down on the beach for the last portion of it.

Afterwards I didn’t see Tripp so I went to sit by the pool.

A few moments later a fellow @drjoedispenza participant told me I had sand on my back in the shape of a heart so she snapped this picture.

We had just seen the day before via a movie Dr. Joe shared about how sound and frequency can make sand on a table vibrate into the most beautiful patterns.

Friends, I experienced what he talks about in all his sharing: heart and mind coherence and

I was literally vibrating in love that the shape of a heart was imprinted on my back. THAT is the power of energy.

THAT is the power of your clear mind and open heart working together.

THIS is the magic of the Universe. 😍😘🥰
